ProPDFSuite provides an online suite of tools for editing, merging, splitting, signing, and managing PDF documents. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use.

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To process documents containing illegal, explicit, or highly restricted material.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProPDFSuite and its licensors. You retain all of your ownership rights in your documents and files uploaded to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProPDFSuite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
